We're looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to help ensure these enterprise applications can handle demanding workloads, high transaction volumes and complex integrations.
In this role, you'll work closely with engineering and architecture teams to identify performance bottlenecks, validate scalability and improve the reliability of systems that support critical retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform load tests to validate system performance and stability
- Analyze test results and work with Developers and Engineers to perform bug fixes
- Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability
- Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions
- Oversee system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements
- Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements
- Generate periodic performance reports for management review
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Education
- 4 to 8 years of Performance Engineering, preferably in a Software product company. And at least 1 + years of experience as a Senior
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering / Computer Applications
Technical Skills
- Ability to program with one OO programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++
- Good knowledge on any one of the scripting languages such as Shell, Python
- Good understanding of one Database either RDBMS or NoSQL
- Good Knowledge of Performance Engineering, Testing and Performance results analysis
- A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks

- Strong interpersonal communications skills.
- Collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
- Is self-motivated and takes ownership of tasks and executes.
Preferred Qualifications

Has familiarity with the retail industry domain.
Having some or all the following certifications will be an added advantage for Senior Performance Engineer role at Nextuple.
