Your Role

As a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager, you’ll help our existing clients understand how they can reach new heights in their business with Nextuple. We’re looking for humble, scrappy and intellectually curious individuals who are passionate about Retail and the Consumer. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Focus on building relationships across a range of functions within the customer organization to including IT and Business Operations. Interact at both the senior executive and operational management level to effectively convey the Nextuple value proposition and promote use and adoption within the customer organization.
  • Customer Success leadership - Delivery and Program Management
    • Collaborate and support delivery and implementation partners by aiding in risk mitigation, escalation and resolution. Respond to clients promptly, solving problems quickly efficiently by marshaling cross-functional Nextuple resources to address customer issues and concerns
    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, among others, to support our clients and Nextuple's mission and vision
    • Be passionate about ensuring our customers realize significant value with Nextuple
  • Customer Success Leadership – Client Strategy and Growth
    • Manage a defined set of current, strategic Nextuple client, engaging in a consultative selling efforts to enhance the value of the Nextuple Fulfillment Studio and expand revenue opportunities beyond their current scope
    • Partners with clients to develop a deep understanding of their business goals and priorities, becoming a trusted advisor of their business across the Order Management domain and beyond
    • Engage in regular business reviews with senior client leadership, effectively articulating the Nextuple business value provided, in addition to deep roadmap discussions, helping to identify and forecast areas for deeper partnerships across Nextuple's core product and services offerings
    • Manage multiple complex sales efforts simultaneously, supporting a renewal base of multiple millions of dollars in annual revenue

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years customer success, complex program delivery, management consulting, sales or portfolio management experience with demonstrated track record with consistent over-achievement against assigned goals and expectations
    • OR bachelor’s degree in business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field
    • 5+ years customer success, complex program delivery,       management consulting, sales or portfolio management experience demonstrated track record with consistent over-achievement against assigned goals and expectations
    • OR equivalent experience with demonstrated track record with consistent over-achievement against assigned goals and expectations
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience within Retail, Grocery, eCommerce, Consumer, Supply Chain or related industry
  • Master’s degree in business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to work independently from home and during travel in an unstructured and fluid capacity to meet simultaneous organization and client objectives
  • Hybrid
  • Frequent travel (up to 50%) requires visiting clients, as needed
