Your Role

At Nextuple we have been busy reimagining omni-channel fulfillment and post purchase experiences. With customer expectations increasingly moving in the direction of same day/next day fulfillment, inventory accuracy and effectiveness of execution are critical factors determining retailers’ success. We are helping retailers optimize their supply chain and store operations to succeed in this new era of retail. Job Requirements

• Define product strategy aligned with business goals

• Conduct primary and secondary market research

• Align product roadmaps to the organization's priorities 

• Create prototypes, sales pitches, demos 

• Develop trusted relationships with clients

• Define customer on-boarding and support strategies

• Working with engineering to plan releases and deliver products

• Create and execute demos to clients and stakeholders

• By creating prototypes, sales pitches, demos and developing relationships with customers

• Conduct interviews & provide feedback to achieve hiring objectives.

• Manage associate product managers and product interns

• Thinking through pricing, customer on-boarding and support

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in Retail or Ecommerce Fulfillment

• Track record of delivering successful products

• Excellent analytical and Problem solving skills

• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
