Your Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will be part of Nextuple’s Go To Market and Customer Success team that’s responsible for driving and sustaining growth in the Retail industry leveraging our offerings, services & solutions including Nextuple Fulfillment Studio


Location: Bangalore



  • Support go-to-market and campaign execution, positioning, and messaging leveraging multiple channels including, social media, email reach outs as applicable to drive Retail market awareness of Nextuple Platform & Services product portfolio
  • Actively research targeted retail customers to understand and qualify their needs and create targeted propositions leveraging Nextuple Fulfillment Studio
  • Partner closely with product management, sales, account management, business development & service line teams to build campaigns and sales collateral in support of business goals and specific client conversations
  • Reach out and communicate with customers via applicable channels, and follow up on leads.
  • Generate pipeline
  • Track and report on leads and pipeline on an ongoing basis
  • Work with internal stakeholders to review & refine customer focused websites, landing pages, social media campaigns including content creation around pitch decks, blog-posts, white-papers, animation videos etc.
  • Drive customer awareness and customer adoption of Nextuple fulfillment product platform and services offerings via different channels
  • Support Nextuple’s participation in trade conferences including development of marketing collaterals, setting up meetings etc.

About you

  • Over 6 years experience with a background in client/customer-facing roles
  • Significant experience working in B2B / enterprise GTM, driving adoption for digital products and features specifically in the fulfillment execution & logistics space
  • Strong storyteller with the ability to develop campaigns that get customers' attention and build product brands that are loved
  • Experience using insights and strategic thinking to build compelling propositions that influence stakeholders
  • Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • You take a lot of initiative, but are continuously collaborative
  • Comfortable in a high-stakes results driven company environment 

Preferred Experience & Skills

Experience executing campaigns and supporting Go-To-Market in a B2B enterprise software industry preferably in the retail and fulfillment domain.
