Nextuple is rapidly expanding in its digital offerings and is in need of Director - Client Services to join the fast growing, customer facing digital applications space.

Director - Client Services responsible for collaborating with the leadership teams, strategizing, and developing business cases and capability roadmaps to drive Ecommerce and omni fulfillment growth strategies.

Location: United States

Job Requirements:

● As a delivery lead, will be responsible for quarterly roadmap delivery planning, estimating, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning & Sprint Execution of the project end to end.
● Manage a team of software engineers, lead engineers and architects, including goal-setting and conducting performance appraisals.
● Provide thought leadership to solve customer requirements using best of breed technology and software products.
● Attend meetings and work with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements, present & review solution options, in evaluation and adoption of the best-in-breed software on Order Management, Customer Service and Store Fulfillment applications.
● Leverage customer insights, competitive research, and analytics to identify and validate product opportunities and enhance user experience.
● subject matter expertise to clients and be their trusted advisor on leading Order Management Packages like IBM Sterling Order Management System or Manhattan Order Management System or a custom solution.
● Participate in organization building activities such as hiring, training, and mentoring.
● Create & manage a running list of open items related to both the project delivery & solution, review and approve release notes, and drive to a closure.
● Attend Daily Scrum, project status update meetings and conduct daily standups for onshore and offshore teams.
● Work cross-functionally across geographies and time zones.

Essential Qualifications:

● 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of Solution Architecture experience for Ecommerce development projects.
● BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical and/or supply chain field, or equivalent work experience.
● Participate in day to day interactions with clients and team members.
● Must be self-motivated and assertive while possessing the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a team environment.

● Excellent writing, analytical and quality assurance skills with exceptional attention to accuracy and details.
● Ability to quickly learn new skills with minimal direction
● Experience with Supply Chain Management, Digital Commerce, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Retail Store Operations, Inventory Management, Sourcing & Schedule, Order Fulfillment and overall supply chain and supporting systems (Commerce Platforms, OMS, WMS, TMS, Planning and Replenishment).
● Proficient in JIRA and with Agile software development cycle and methodologies. Desirable Skills
